  • Free Shipping on orders $35.00 and above.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. We process and ship orders on Monday – Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.
  • We do not offer International shipping at this time.
  • Our main carrier is UPS
  • UPS will NOT Deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO (Military Addresses).
  • Once the order has been shipped and tracking number has been provided. Miss Jessie’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

What is your refund policy?

REFUNDS:

  • For a full 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase, all merchandise must have been unopened, unused and purchased directly from missjessies.com.
  • All returned product must be unopened and unused.
  • Miss Jessie’s can only accommodate products purchased at missjessies.com.
  • If you buy Miss Jessie's products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  • You MUST return all unopened and unused Miss Jessie's products to the original point of purchase.
  • Miss Jessie’s CANNOT accommodate purchases made from any other provider like TARGET, WALMART, WALGREENS, CVS, BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE, AMAZON, ONLINE STORE, ETC.
  • No refunds will be given on any packets – sizes: .05oz. and 1oz.
  • Any products purchased on sale or promotion is non - refundable. No returns or exchanges. All Sales are FINAL on all promotions – No Refunds will be honored.

What is your return policy?

RETURNS:

  • Customers who purchase products directly from Miss Jessie's website missjessies.com may return their unopened and unused product by mail. We encourage you to keep record of your returns tracking number for verification purposes.
  • A refund will be processed as soon as the unopened and returned product has been delivered, inspected and confirmed.
  •  Should there be a problem or we determine that the products have been opened or tampered with, we will contact you to notify you of such discovery and will not be able to honor a refund.

 

Who pays for shipping on returns?

  1. Customer pays for Shipping on Returns:
If you, the customer received free shipping from Miss Jessie’s on your original order, then you/customer are responsible for return shipping using a carrier that offers tracking services.

 The Tracking number MUST be provided in an email to customerservice@missjessies.com with your original return outreach and communication to us.

Again, Miss Jessie’s will NOT provide a return shipping label if we provided free shipping on the original outgoing package.  

     2.  Miss Jessie's pays for shipping on returns:

    If you/customer paid for shipping on your original order, Miss Jessie’s will pay for your shipping back to us and will provide you with a return shipping label.

    What is your exchange policy?

    EXCHANGES:

    • Customers who purchase products from Miss Jessie's website at missjessies.com may ONLY exchange their unopened and unused product by mail.
    • Once we receive your unopened and unused products, we will contact you to confirm receipt and will ship your new specified exchange products.
    • Miss Jessie's products purchased in all other locations such TARGET, WALMART, WALGREENS, CVS, BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE, AMAZON, ONLINE STORES, and all others must be exchanged at their original point of purchase and NOT Miss Jessie’s.

     

    Your replacement product(s) will be shipped as soon as the exchanged/returned product has been delivered and confirmed.

    What is your damages policy?

    DAMAGES/WRONG PRODUCTS:

    • The customer may report any damages that occurred during transit within 7 business days of the date of delivery along with a photo proof of damage or incorrect product shipped.
    • Please provide pictures and emailed description as proof to customerservice@missjessies.com. Once Miss Jessie’s inspects and determines that the damage is eligible for a refund or replacement, we will ship you a replacement free of charge without any shipping charges.

    LOST/ STOLEN:

     Once your (customer) order has been shipped and tracking number has been provided, Miss Jessie’s is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

     

     

    If theft occurs after proof of delivery via tracking or confirmed delivery from our carrier, you (the customer) have the option of filing a claim through UPS or with your local police department. 

     

     

    Miss Jessie’s will NOT offer a replacement or refund on any confirmed and delivered package.

     

     

    As a safety measure, you can OPT for theft insurance when ordering any Miss Jessie’s products for a flat rate of $10.
