How will my package be shipped?
Our shipping carrier is UPS.
UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday,nor do they deliver to PO Boxes.
At this time we do not ship to APO & FPO.
WE NOW SHIP INTERNATIONAL VIA UPS EXPEDITED OR EXPRESS SERVICE.
How long will it take to get my package?
UPS will take up to 3-5 Business days to deliver to the east coast and 5-7 Business days to deliver to midwestern states and the west coast.
After I place my order, how soon will it be shipped out?
Orders placed before 1pm EST M-F will go out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST M-F will go out the next business day. (Delivery is NOT offered on Saturday. This includes overnight delivery.)
I'd like to check the status of my order. How do I do it?
If you'd like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
I missed my package delivery. Will they come back?
UPS attempts to deliver a package 3 times, on 3 consecutive business days. After 3 delivery attempts UPS will send a postcard and hold the package for 7 business days. After that they will return the package back to MISS JESSIE'S. You can request MISS JESSIE'S to reship your package, but there may be an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate UPS deliverable address.
I have not received my package yet, what should I do?
If you did not receive your package within 2 weeks please call us toll free at 1-888-JESSIE-6 so we can do a search with UPS to track your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to a New York address are subject to a 8.375% state sales tax. Per NYS law sales tax must be computed on the subtotal of items plus the shipping cost. We do not collect sales tax from any other state at this time.
I received an incorrect item in my package? What should I do?
You should e-mail your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.
What is your return policy?
Please be aware that all sales are final, but we will exchange any item (excluding 1oz & 2oz products) within 30 days of its purchase. Sorry no refunds. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Customers who purchase products from Miss Jessie's website may return them by mail. Please call 1-888-JESSIE-6 (1-888-537-7436) for more details. Please do not return items without contacting us first. It is strongly recommended that all items returned are trackable either by UPS or FEDEX. Please be advised the customer will be responsible for shipping costs of the returned item and the newly sent out item. Items purchased in a Miss Jessie's free-standing store may be returned to Miss Jessie's free-standing stores. Miss Jessie's products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.
For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you buy Miss Jessie's products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our exchange policy or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
